"Don't waste your time with other trainers"

True Results has exceptional trainers. They have flexible scheduling, tailored exercises & optional Zoom workouts. When I started training with TR I was down 15 pounds in the first 3 months. True Results Fitness is unique because the only people in the gym are the personal training clients, so the gym is never crowded and you never have to wait for equipment. I used to workout with a personal trainer at another place, and that trainer was less experienced, more expensive, and each session was half the time. Don’t waste your time with other trainers. I give True Results Fitness my highest recommendation.

I have been going to True Results for many years. I’ve lost over 100lbs along the way. The trainers help keep me in check. They keep me consistent and wanting to show up every week. Some days are harder to show up than others, but I’m always happy when I’ve finished my workout. If I ever have questions about meal plans, or anything fitness related, I know they are there to help.
